Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026

This policy explains what information ElephantLabs collects when you use our website and text-to-speech playground, and how we handle it.

1. Information we collect

  • Content you synthesize: the text you enter and the voice you select, used only to generate audio.
  • Technical data: basic request metadata (such as IP address and user agent) processed by our hosting infrastructure for security and debugging.
  • Contact data: information you voluntarily share when you email or call us.

We do not require accounts, and we do not use advertising trackers.

2. How we use information

  • To synthesize speech and deliver audio back to your browser.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the service.
  • To respond to support requests.

3. Sharing with third parties

Text you submit is forwarded to our speech providers — OpenRouter and Deepgram — solely to perform synthesis. We do not sell personal data to anyone. See our Data Security page for details on how transfers are protected.

4. Data retention

Generated audio is streamed to your browser with no-store caching directives and is not persisted on our servers. Server logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operations, then deleted or anonymized.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have shared with us by contacting koncoweb@gmail.com. We respond within a reasonable time, generally under 30 days.

6. Cookies

We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Strictly necessary technical storage (if any) is limited to operating the site.

7. Children

ElephantLabs is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version.
